HR Advisor- Part Time

About The Role

As a part-time HR Advisor based at our Cambridge site, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing proactive, professional support to managers and employees.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Building strong partnerships with people managers, providing coaching, guidance, and practical HR support to ensure the consistent application of policies and best practice, while helping to create and maintain a positive workplace culture where Domino is a great place to work.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on employment law, employee relations matters, supporting managers to make informed and consistent people decisions.
  • Analysing and interpreting people data, including employee engagement results, to identify trends and opportunities, working alongside HR Business Partners to support meaningful people initiatives.
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a positive and professional employee experience throughout.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider UK and Global HR team to deliver key people initiatives, projects, and business priorities, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organisation.

This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week. We offer flexibility around how these hours are worked, and the working pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate to support both business needs and work-life balance.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong knowledge of UK employment law and is confident providing practical, commercially focused HR advice.
  • Has proven experience in a generalist HR role, with the ability to manage a broad range of people matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • Can build credible relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels, using sound judgement to achieve the best outcomes while knowing when to escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion, consistently modelling Domino's values and Bold behaviours.
  • Has experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment (desirable).
  • Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or is currently working towards it, or has equivalent experience.
