Are you a pragmatic HR professional who thrives on ownership and delivering commercially-sound advice? We are looking for a Manufacturing HR Advisor to join our People function. You will be the go-to expert for line managers, providing the professional guidance they need to keep Wren moving forward.

Rota pattern: Alternating weekly schedule of 7:00am–15:00pm and 9:00am–17:00pm.

Working from home one day per week available (post probation).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take Ownership: Manage all HR-related matters for your business area with a focus on delivering professional, pragmatic, and commercially-aligned solutions.
  • Partner with Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, helping them navigate complex people challenges with confidence
  • Collaborate: Report directly to the Manufacturing HRBP and work within a small, agile team that sits inside our wider, People function.

About You

A seasoned HR Advisor with a track record of providing high-quality, commercially-focused advice.

  • Confident working with guidance and developing ability to act as a trusted point of contact for line managers on day-to-day people matters.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a HR team, taking ownership of allocated HR cases and tasks.
  • Enjoys working in a varied role across Manufacturing and operational/site environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Pragmatic and willing to learn, with good attention to detail and sound judgement.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
  • Willing to travel to other sites when required.
