HR Advisor - Temporary On-going (Potential Temp-Perm)

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're on the lookout for a dynamic and professional HR Advisor to join our vibrant team in Egham on a temporary on-going basis.

What You'll Do

As our HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within our client's educational institution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
  • Supporting recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding
  • Assisting in employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and support
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Engaging in training and development initiatives to uplift staff capabilities
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR regulations
  • Promoting a positive work culture through various HR initiatives

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is not only skilled but also brings a positive attitude to the table! The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in HR, preferably within the education sector (not essential, other or similar industries will be considered)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • CIPD Level 3 essential
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
