About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join the HR team at The Adam Practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about supporting people. This is a new position with the opportunity to work in a generalist HR advisory role alongside working with an expanding research team to support their recruitment and employee relations.
Working closely with managers, surgery leads, and the research team, you will provide high-quality HR advice across the employee lifecycle while helping to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Work alongside an expanding research team to support their recruitment and employee relations
- Collaborate with managers, surgery leads, and the research team
- Help create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing working environment
Qualifications and Experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a generalist HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An interest in healthcare research is desirable, but not essential

Working Pattern
- Hours: 30 hours per week

- £14 p/h
