Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Working Arrangement: Hybrid with an element of travel

This opportunity arises from a collaboration with a leading brand that operates sites across the UK. They are hiring for a permanent HR Advisor position to support some of their Wellingborough-based sites.
Responsibilities
Key to this role is building strong relationships with site key stakeholders, delivering day-to-day support for operational HR activities. Specific tasks include:

- Providing 1st-line advice and employee relations (ER) casework
- Preparing minute summaries for complex case discussions
- Compiling case management packs, review contracts, offer letters, and processing reference requests
- Collaborating closely with the TA (Talent Acquisition) team on recruitment needs
- Contributing to HR projects, including management coaching and succession planning
Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

- A versatile skillset, ideally willing to handle anything within the HR spectrum—this is a truly generalist role
- Prior experience as an HR Advisor, with a solid understanding of ER casework
- Desirably, past work within fast-paced, commercial environments
- Ideally, a qualification to CIPD Level 5 or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (QBE) standard
