Help us make Tredz an even better place to work.

At Tredz, we're passionate about cycling, but even more passionate about our people. We believe that creating a brilliant colleague experience is what enables us to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Tredz is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join their energetic, ambitious and supportive People Team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, managing complex employee relations cases and delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

We are a small team with a big impact. We work collaboratively, get stuck in wherever we are needed and always go the extra mile for our colleagues. We are looking for someone who shares that mindset.

About the Role

As our Human Resources Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to leaders and colleagues across the business, providing professional, pragmatic HR advice that supports both our people and our commercial goals.

This is a true generalist role, giving you exposure to every stage of the colleague journey. You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class HR service, ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate and people focused.

Whether you are supporting managers through complex employee relations cases, improving our HR processes or helping colleagues navigate important moments in their careers, you'll play a key role in making Tredz a great place to work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
