Are you a CIPD qualified HR professional with excellent HR Advisory and HR administration skills? Do you enjoy being hands-on and integral to every aspect of HR? Would you like the chance to support or lead on firm-wide projects? If this sounds like you, please do get in touch today.
This role is suited to someone with 3+ years of experience in a similar HR Advisor capacity who now feels ready to play a central role across all areas of the company, from key projects to HR queries and everything in between.
The HR Advisor will be joining during an exciting period of change and will work closely with the HR Manager as well as Directors to develop HR policies and procedures as well as contributing or leading on key projects. As a key member of the team, you will also be client-facing and will be the trusted point of contact for stakeholders.

Some of the Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that further strengthen engagement, proficiency, and the working environment.
- Support with payroll, benefits, and support fair & inclusive recruitment processes.
- Monitor emerging risks, legislative changes, and HR best practice.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor. Professional Services experience preferred.
- CIPD level 5 qualification.
- A genuine interest in continuous improvement and the development of a positive workplace ethos.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team to develop new people-centric projects, policies, and practices.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Strong critical thinking and communications skills.
