HR Analyst (6 Month FTC)

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | £45,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

Are you passionate about improving HR systems and streamlining processes? We're recruiting for an established global organisation looking for an HR Analyst to help enhance its HR technology landscape through automation, AI, and continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR systems experience who enjoys solving problems, improving user experience, and working closely with both HR and technology teams.

The Role

You'll play a key role in improving HR systems and processes by:

  • Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes using AI and system functionality.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for HR technology improvements.
  • Supporting HR system users, troubleshooting queries, and coordinating testing activities.
  • Maintaining process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Producing reports and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

About You

You'll have:

  • Experience in HR systems, HR technology, HR operations, or a Business Analyst role.
  • Knowledge of HR platforms such as SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred) and ideally exposure to UKG.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system testing.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira would be beneficial.
  • Experience with AI, automation, process improvement, or HR system configuration would be a distinct advantage.
