Human Resources Analyst | London | Hybrid
We're partnering with a leading wealth management firm to recruit a Human Resources Analyst to join their HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and systems-focused HR professional looking to combine people analytics, HR systems, Learning & Development, and regulatory training support within a highly professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and analyse HR, training and compliance MI
- Support Training & Competence and SM&CR processes
- Manage and develop LMS and HR system functionality
- Coordinate professional qualification and CPD administration
- Drive reporting automation, data integrity and process improvements
- Support wider HR projects and stakeholder initiatives
