HR and Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking an organised and proactive HR and Accounts Supervisor to provide high-quality support to a growing business. This is a permanent, varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across HR, accounts, and general office administration, and takes pride in supporting a smooth and efficient workplace.
About the Role
Human Resources
- Maintain accurate personnel records
- Be proactive with personnel management and administration
- Undertake monthly payroll processing when covering absences

Accounts Receivable
- Assist in the creation of monthly sales invoices
- Handle cash receipt allocations and daily banking
Accounts Payable
- Process purchase invoices and credit card spend
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations
- Resolve queries efficiently and ensure accurate ledger postings
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
Monthly Accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of account codes
- Post prepayments/accruals
- Generate monthly management accounts

Qualifications

Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Outlook
- Proficiency in an ERP system and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Accounts, HR, and Payroll experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Xero experience
Location & Hours:
- Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
- In-person role
