Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee full HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll for multi-location employees, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and tax compliance.
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with payroll vendors (ADP, Paylocity).
- Support finance with budgeting, P&L reporting, and payroll expense forecasting.
- Ensure benefits administration and confidentiality of HR/payroll data.
- Drive process improvements and support organizational development initiatives.
- Train and mentor HR and payroll team members.

Preferred Skills
- Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, supporting teams of 400+ employees
- Experienced in budgeting, P&L reporting, and financial forecasting in collaboration with senior leadership
- Proficient in ADP, Paylocity, Oracle, Sage, M3, and Microsoft Office
- Adept at policy development, compliance, and workforce management
- Strong record of process improvement and cross-departmental coordination
- Immediately available, seeking opportunities at the £30,000 level (London) / $55,000 level (Dallas)
