Are you a passionate HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?

We're looking for an experienced HR & Resourcing Lead to join our team.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with typical hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. You'll have the opportunity to work across two of our services, Priory Hospital Enfield and Priory Hospital Avesbury House, offering a varied and rewarding working environment.

The role is expected to be based at Avesbury House for three days per week, with one to two days per week at Priory Hospital Enfield.

We are happy to discuss working patterns, days and hours, with suitable candidates.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
