HR Apprentice x2

Location – Manchester, United Kingdom

Hybrid Working Policy.

As the HR services Apprentice you will be expected to undertake a variety of duties, both independently and under supervision, gaining experience and exposure across a wide variety of HR tasks and processes. This is a great opportunity to work and learn from a diverse, professional HR team.

We are excited to announce we are currently recruiting for two open vacancies and you will be offered a 2 year fixed term contract.

  • Full apprenticeship training will be provided, with the post holder working towards a Level 3 HR Support qualification. 16 months course.

What You Will Do

  • Depending on the team you join, you could support the delivery of core HR Services across the employee lifecycle, helping employees and managers with areas such as onboarding, job changes, benefits, family leave, employee payments and HR administration.
  • Or, you could support HR Operations & Delivery projects, helping to identify process improvements, map HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Build your HR knowledge through hands-on experience, structured training and exposure to a wide range of HR processes and activities.
  • Respond to employee queries and support the creation, processing and maintenance of employee records and documentation within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Digital, to gain insight into different areas of the function.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work and understand various IT systems (including Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Passion for HR and a strong desire to learn
