Position Summary
The HR Assistant provides efficient administrative support that helps facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, working closely with the HR team in providing support to the studio in this highly detail-oriented role.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR function with the onboarding and offboarding processes as well as standard HR correspondence, including contract extension letters, probationary letters, employment references, change to terms and conditions letters.
- HRIS inputting with regard to maintaining up-to-date employee information in alignment with onboarding, job changes, offboarding processes.
- Keep HR systems and spreadsheet trackers up-to-date with employee details and changes, liaising with Global HR Operations as necessary, e.g. SAP, starters and leavers reports, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- CIPD qualification or an interest in working towards CIPD qualification.
- Strong administration and organizational skills, particularly during times of demanding workload, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintains high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in a high demand environment.
Preferred
- Experience of HR administration or related field within a Global matrixed organisation.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms) beneficial.
- Experience of Mac beneficial.
- Knowledge of HR databases including SAP and Workday would be advantageous.
