HR Assistant
London West End | Permanent
£45,000 to £50,000 plus excellent benefits
We are partnering with a highly regarded asset management firm based in London’s West End to hire an HR Assistant to join their collaborative and high performing HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a prestigious financial services environment.
The Role
You will join a close knit, international HR team and play a key role in supporting the London office, providing a proactive, organised, and people focused HR service.

- Provide day to day HR administrative support
- Support end to end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Assist with onboarding and background checks for new hires
- Support the administration of employee benefits
- Maintain accurate records across the HR system and employee files
- Coordinate training records and track training spend
- Produce HR reports such as absence and attendance
- Assist with updating HR documentation and policies
- Support induction programmes
- Provide ad hoc support on HR projects
About You
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive
- Interest in building a career in HR
- Experience in financial services is highly advantageous
- French language skills are a plus
