HR Assistant

London West End | Permanent

£45,000 to £50,000 plus excellent benefits

We are partnering with a highly regarded asset management firm based in London’s West End to hire an HR Assistant to join their collaborative and high performing HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a prestigious financial services environment.

The Role

You will join a close knit, international HR team and play a key role in supporting the London office, providing a proactive, organised, and people focused HR service.

  • Provide day to day HR administrative support
  • Support end to end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Assist with onboarding and background checks for new hires
  • Support the administration of employee benefits
  • Maintain accurate records across the HR system and employee files
  • Coordinate training records and track training spend
  • Produce HR reports such as absence and attendance
  • Assist with updating HR documentation and policies
  • Support induction programmes
  • Provide ad hoc support on HR projects

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Experience in financial services is highly advantageous
  • French language skills are a plus
