HR Assistant
Market-Leading National Financial Services Compliance Company Recruitment
We are seeking a junior HR Consultant to join their Belfast office.
The Role
This junior HR Consultant role provides exceptional opportunities to:
- Advise on people strategy within a renowned, multi-jurisdictional organisation.
- Offer expert HR guidance and case management.
- Support business operations with:
- Employee recruitment.
- Sourcing independent contractors.
- Vetting candidates.
- Issuing employment offer letters and contracts.
- Lead on HR casework, including:
- Absence management.
- Disciplinary, capability, grievance, and performance issues.
- Support the senior team in:
- Administering day-to-day operations of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exiting.
- Compiling and maintaining HR information systems to ensure data accuracy.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Consultant role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with the entire MS Office Suite and digital HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
