IFGlobal is a fast growing, technology enabled fulfilment business supporting eCommerce brands across the UK and internationally. We work with ambitious, high growth companies, providing fulfilment solutions alongside marketplace support services, including Amazon and eBay account management.

Reporting to the HR Manager

You will provide day-to-day HR support across the business, with a particular focus on recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and employee engagement. As our business continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the people function, helping to improve HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and support the delivery of people initiatives that align with our business goals.

This role offers excellent scope for professional development and the chance to play a key role in shaping how HR supports the organisation as it continues to grow.

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Coordinate onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data in line with GDPR and company requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing practical advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management procedures.
  • Assist managers with attendance management and employee performance issues.
  • Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters, reports, and policy updates.
  • Produce HR reports and people metrics to support business decision making and continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Previous experience working in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledgeable in UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident handling employee relations matters and advising managers.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to work independently.

A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • 30-40 hours per week - (Negotiable for the right candidate)
