Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Runs and ensures proper employee reports are completed on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Completes welcome packets, onboarding, and orientation for new employee hires and ensures proper communication throughout the process.
- Completes new hire onboarding and orientation on employees' first day.
- Enters and tracks new position openings into the ATS system.
- Maintains employee data in HR systems.
- Maintains Master data labor budget and ensures accuracy.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure all employee-related information is relayed and executed.
- Assists with recruitment and interview processes as needed.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Performs customer service functions, including answering employee requests and questions.
- Submits investigation requests online and assists with new employee background and drug screen checks.
- Updates HR spreadsheets with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
- Assists with termination processing.
- Assists HR and Talent Manager with research projects or special projects.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Performs clerical functions:
- Makes photocopies
- Faxes documents
- Handles other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in corporate support or human resources required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (with Excel expertise required).
- Ability to:
- Perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- Display a sense of ownership and desire to improve/excel.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the 3rd-party hardware service industry preferred.
- General knowledge of information technology services preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Travel: 10% travel expected.
Additional Responsibilities (Addendum A: EMEA-Specific)
Key Tasks for EMEA Roles:
- Manages starter, leaver, and employee change processes.
- Handles the EMEA HR Inbox, responding to all HR-related queries and taking necessary action.
- Collaborates closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate updates for effectivities based on starter, leaver, and employee changes, while updating all trackers.
- Assists with administration of employee benefits in EMEA.
- Supports the EMEA HR Team with ERP (Employee Relations Process) cases.
- Adds probation reminders to manager calendars.
- Assists with EMEA HR Team for monitoring:
- Employee sickness absence
- Maternity and paternity processes
- Assists line managers with performance issues, including performance improvement plans.
- Conducts new-hire onboarding and orientation on employees' first day.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Supports EMEA HR Team with other project tasks.
- Handles other duties as assigned.
