We Are Hiring: HR Assistant Apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant Apprentice to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in all aspects of HR while working towards a recognised HR qualification. No previous HR experience is necessary; we're seeking someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Location

Head office, W1

Hours

  • Full-time - 35 hours, Monday - Friday
  • Fixed-term contract for the length of the apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting with absence, holiday and probation administration
  • Responding to routine HR queries from employees and managers
  • Supporting learning and development activities
  • Assisting with HR projects and departmental activities
  • Attending apprenticeship training and completing coursework within agreed timescales

Role Requirements

  • Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
