About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Specialist. This position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industry requirements, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by identifying top talent and supporting our clients in achieving their staffing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles and industries.
  • Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within the ATS.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and preparing employment contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive compensation packages.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to enhance company visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and organizational policies during the recruitment process.
