About the Role
This role sits within the HR Data and Insight team, supporting the delivery of high-quality workforce reporting and analysis to inform decision-making across the Council.
- You will produce and maintain a range of regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Respond to Freedom of Information requests
- Manage a varied pipeline of ad hoc HR data enquiries
- Work with HR systems and datasets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of information
- Apply established processes while using judgement to prioritise work and escalate issues where needed

About You
- Experience working with data, ideally within an HR or organisational setting
- Confidence in producing accurate reports and handling sensitive information
- Analytical, organised, and detail-focused
- Strong IT skills and the ability to interpret and present data clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple requests to tight deadlines, including statutory requests such as FOI
- Proactive approach to improving data quality and reporting processes
- A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, alongside a commitment to confidentiality and professional standards, is essential
