Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

This is a fantastic HR Assistant opportunity to join a collaborative HR team supporting employees across multiple countries, where no two days are the same. If you’re an organised HR professional who enjoys variety and takes great pride in delivering an exceptional employee experience, this could be the ideal role for you.

Working within a growing global organisation, you’ll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, playing a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly while supporting managers and employees across an international workforce.

Why This Role?

This is far more than an administration role. You’ll become an integral part of a friendly, supportive HR team where you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

With exposure to international HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination and ongoing improvement projects, you’ll continue to develop your HR knowledge while making a genuine impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities As HR Assistant

  • Act as a first point of contact for day to day HR enquiries, providing timely support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Take ownership of maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring all HR documentation and systems are kept fully up to date.
  • Support the smooth running of the monthly payroll process by collating employee information, contractual changes and absence data.
  • Play an active role in attracting new talent by supporting hiring campaigns, coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate the employee journey from offer acceptance through to onboarding, ensuring all new starters are set up for success.
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Assist with a broad range of people administration, including contractual amendments, employee correspondence and HR compliance activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider business, collaborating with international teams to deliver an efficient HR service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
