Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator with 1–2 years’ experience in employee benefits to support the delivery of our benefits and wellbeing programmes. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to develop a career in HR and benefits, focusing on delivering high-quality support and refining benefits processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Support the administration of all employee benefits, including:
- Healthcare
- Insured benefits
- Company-provided benefits
- Flexible benefits (flexi-benefits)
- Process enrolments, changes, and terminations for onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare regular benefits reports and conduct data audits/reconciliations to ensure compliance.

Employee & Stakeholder Engagement
- Respond promptly to employee and HR queries regarding benefits, leveraging benefit policies and external provider input when necessary.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal teams, including:
- Pensions
- Payroll
- HR Business Partners
- Coordinate with finalising benefits roadshows/employer communication events.
- Prepare employee communications, including FAQs and benefit guides.
Process & Policy Enhancement
- Assist in refining benefit processes, ensuring smooth delivery and scalability.
- Contribute to benefits benchmarking surveys, analysing results to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis of existing benefits, identifying improvements to cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends while maintaining an effective benefits offering.
Wellbeing Initiatives
- Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives, including:
- Intranet campaigns
- Webinars
- Health and wellness communications
Benefits Team Support
- Provide assistance on ad hoc projects and administrative work as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Benefits Manager and internal teams.

Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in employee benefits administration, either in a dedicated role or as part of broader HR/People function.
- Desirable: Experience working with flexible benefit platforms or external benefits providers.
- Financial services experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with ability to:
- Prioritise competing demands
- Adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience in:
- Analysing large datasets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Empathy, principle-driven approach to client and colleague relationships.
