Role Overview
We are recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator with 1–2 years’ experience in employee benefits to support our benefits and wellbeing programmes.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within HR and benefits, focusing on:

Employee & HR Support
- Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to benefits, leveraging policy frameworks, and escalating to external providers or the Benefits Manager when needed
- Assist with onshoring/offboarding processes, ensuring seamless benefits enrolment or termination

Annual Benefits Renewal & Enrolment
- Support end-to-end renewal processes, including:
- Data preparation and analysis
- Collaboration with external vendors to coordinate benefits roadshows/fairs
- Planning and execution of enrolment activities
- Support end-to-end renewal processes, including:

Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with external benefits providers and internal stakeholders (Pensions, Payroll, HR Business Partners) to troubleshoot issues and manage process changes
- Promptly escalate issues to the Benefits Manager as required

Communication & Education
- Develop employee communications, FAQs, and benefits guides related to benefits and wellbeing
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, such as intranet campaigns, webinars, and company-wide communications

Data & Compliance
- Generate and analyse monthly/renewal benefits invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation with internal teams
- Run reports and data audits to maintain compliance and accuracy
- Reconcile and process benefits invoices, proactively resolving discrepancies

Benchmarking & Improvement
- Provide data insights on benefits usage, engagement, and costs, offering actionable recommendations to the Benefits Manager
- Contribute to benefits benchmarking surveys and analyse results to inform strategy

Market Awareness
- Stay updated on benefits trends and risks, ensuring cost-effective, competitive offerings for employees

Ad Hoc Support
- Assist with Benefits Team projects and administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in employee benefits administration, either in a focused role or as part of a broader HR/People function
- External benefits provider and flexible benefits platform experience is advantageous (financial services experience is a plus but not obligatory)
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including experience with Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
