HR Business Adviser

Head of HR Transformation Salaried (£32,140 - £35,035 per annum) | Permanent Full-Time (37 hours per week)


About the Role

Reporting to: Chief People andhbarak This exciting role offers an incredible opportunity to drive significant HR transformation across a well-established global organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading continuous improvement within HR operations, processes, data and technology to deliver real value for the organisation.

As the Head of HR Transformation, you will drive and implement best-in-class HR solutions that support our business strategy and drive employee experience. This is a progressive role perfect for someone looking to shape the future of HR thinking and operations in a complex and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic roadmap and HR operational policies across the organisation
  • Improve and transform HR processes, ensuring efficiency, alignment with commercial goals, and staff experience
  • Ensure compliance and drive improvements in management information, implementing data insight solutions in partnership with IT
  • Be the owner of the HR Operating Model, ensuring smooth, effective operations that support business growth
  • Identify, develop and manage supplier relationships, ensuring value and innovation
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving change & innovation in HR
  • Work with the Transformation team and partner with business units to embed agile ways of working
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment to the organisation’s strategic objectives
  • Support the wider corporate strategy and HR Programme Implementation, working across national teams in the UK & internationally
  • Provide senior-level strategic input in your HR Specialism (to be agreed with later embryo)

Location: Maidstone, UK

The role is based in Maidstone with travel to other UK office locations as required.


Requirements

  • Proven expertise leading HR strategic transformation projects
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering continuous improvement in HR processes
  • Extensive experience leading HR data transformation/improvement (ERP/HCM platforms)
  • HR System competencies, including Scalefin (or similar), PeopleSoft or SAP
  • Experience of delivering budgetary proposals and influencing senior management
  • Strong hands-on experience with people analytics and structured decision-making approaches
  • Leadership aptitude with ability to influence and drive change from the top
  • Significant management experience across multiple HR Specialisms
