About the Role; The HR Business Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy, aligned to business priorities across functional areas and Regional Business Units. This position is responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective, day-to-day HR delivery. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, shaping the people agenda, championing employee engagement, and driving a high-performance culture across your region.
