Human Resources Business Partner (EMEA) – Generalist
Role Overview
Are you a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive business performance through people?
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
You will leverage business acumen and strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making across talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, and performance optimisation.
Working collaboratively with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and reporting to the EMEA HR Manager, you’ll ensure the delivery of integrated people strategies that enhance business performance and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, bringing a proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving. You’re a strategic partner who exercises sound judgment, maintains the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality, takes ownership of outcomes, and effectively collaborates across functions to drive sustainable business results through people.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership & Advisory
- Partner strategically with senior leaders, managers, and key stakeholders to provide expert HR guidance aligned with company objectives, driving business growth, operational excellence, and workforce effectiveness.
- Develop and implement people strategies that support business culture, priorities, productivity goals, and succession planning.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and change management.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development processes to ensure a strong future talent pipeline.
- Identify capability gaps and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and business outcomes.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement strategies and action plans to foster a positive, high-performance culture and improve retention.
- Support recruitment strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions, collaborating with talent acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Employee Relations & Wellbeing
- Lead and support employee relations investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Partner with Health & Safety to promote a safe working environment and reinforce a culture of employee well-being.
Business Strategy & Risks
- Participate in strategic business planning discussions, providing insights on workforce implications, legal risks, and talent risks.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Dynamics 365 ERP experience is a bonus).
- Local travel around the UK required.
