Location: Central London – Hybrid (2 days WFH) Salary: £55k–£60k + excellent benefits
TigerHR are delighted to partner with a growing international BCorp architecture firm in their search for a new HR Business Partner. This is a key growth hire within a collaborative business known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and inclusive culture.
About the Role
With a growing international footprint and continued investment in modern HR systems and progressive people policies, the organisation is now looking for a senior HR professional who can translate strategy into consistent, high-quality operational delivery.
Reporting into the Head of People and working closely with the wider People function, this is a hands-on role combining business partnering, HR operations, and project delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, process excellence, and the successful rollout of HR initiatives across the UK and international teams.

This role suits someone who brings structure, attention to detail, and strong HR systems expertise, balancing a calm, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting capability, and efficient workflows
- Lead HRIS projects, including implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout
- Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Drive consistency and compliance across policies, processes, and salary frameworks
- Act as a senior HR partner to managers across multiple locations, providing coaching and guidance
- Support employee relations activity in collaboration with the wider People team
- Design and embed scalable HR processes across onboarding, data management, and core operations
- Take ownership of key People projects, ensuring delivery against deadlines
- Contribute to People strategy with data-driven insights and continuous improvement ideas

About You
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or People Operations Lead with:
- Strong HRIS expertise, confident in managing data, reporting, and system optimisation
- A highly organised, detail-oriented approach—proven track record of delivering HR projects end-to-end
- Clear and credible communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A calm, pragmatic, and solutions-focused mindset
- Natural empathy and sound commercial judgement, balancing people needs with business priorities
- Experience working across multi-site or international environments (advantageous)
- A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) (beneficial)
- Architecture experience would be ideal (but not essential)
