HR Business Partner (HRBP) – International | Broadridge

A Strategic Leadership Opportunity

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Broadridge’s International business unit. Reporting to the Head of HR International, this role will collaborate closely with leadership to deliver people strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.

This position offers a chance to engage in dynamic and evolving work, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, new country builds, and global operating model transformations—ideal for building a long-term career in international HR.

The ideal candidate will blend strong commercial acumen with a consultative mindset, excelling both strategically and hands-on.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company-wide policies.
  • Coach senior leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Support restructuring and change management, guiding consultation processes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives at all levels.
  • Align people strategies with business objectives, supporting organisation design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor, assessing people-related risks and guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and execute change initiatives, including cultural transformation, business integration, and process efficiency.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to maintain consistency with international frameworks while addressing local needs.
  • Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ HR experience, with a focus on HR Business Partner roles or senior advisory functions.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in complex matrixed, international, or global organisations.
  • Strong track record in managing employee relations and organisational change.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, coaching, and influence—bridging gaps between people and business.
  • Commercially astute, with experience linking HR initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or regulated sectors.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent (preferred).
  • Candidates with prior exposure to/ experience in M&A processes will be given priority.
  • Proven ability to work with international or EMEA stakeholders.
