Help shape the people agenda behind the UK's energy and infrastructure future.

Lucy Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEEVI), Lucy Zodion and Lawson Fuses are trusted names within the Lucy Group, delivering innovative solutions across energy, electrical infrastructure, highways and EV charging. As these businesses continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across our Newcastle and Sowerby Bridge operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.

The Opportunity

  • As HR Business Partner, you'll support multiple business units, working directly with leaders to deliver practical people solutions that improve capability, productivity, retention and business performance.
  • You'll play a key role in driving organisational change, supporting workforce planning, managing complex employee relations matters and ensuring people initiatives align with commercial objectives.
  • Supported by our wider UK HR team based in Oxford, you'll act as a trusted advisor across a diverse workforce spanning engineering, manufacturing, technical and commercial functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
