Ключевые обязанности

  • Будьте доверенным советником для руководителей по организационной структуре, планированию рабочей силы, вопросам преемственности и использования навыков;
  • Осуществляйте сопровождение HR по выделенным искажкам бизнеса для выполнения стратегий в области бизнеса и управления персоналом;
  • Быть проводником по вопросам стратегии кадровых отношений и управлению сложными делами с нацеленностью на риски;
  • Работать за создание эффективных компетенций дляस्थित ноября ного банка, сфере службы клиентов, а также обеспечивать неспешенность исполнения законодательных требований рода совести;
  • Партнёрство с отделом Комплатята при разработке планов ВНРП (Senior Management and Certification Regime), верификации соответствия и оценке наличия личного списка источников F&P почтовых факторов обучения и развития, внутренняя обет ليلةственим христианского труда;

  • Управляйте процессом вознаграждения: работать с ревива μηensão; проведи ярмарок и обратно скупкой деятельностей, комплексной вариабельности вознаграждения;
  • включая формирование анализов о сфере занятости и данных для обоснованного принятия решений, устранения новых рискких:
  • Сотрудничество или сделать лидирующую роль в HR-проектах кариерального направления, реорганизация, идентификации изменений согласно решениям регулируемых организаций ФРС;
  • Strong comprehension regarding the alignment and management of recruitment, engagement and talent development activities within the assigned areas.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR Business Partner roles within regulated financial sectors.
  • Deep understanding and interpretation of SMCR (Senior Managers and Certification Regime), MiFIDPRU (Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation), T&C (Trading and Compliance), and FCA expectations.
  • Familiarity with legislation, policies, rules and frameworks such as SYSC, COBS, APER, FIT rule requirements, as well as insights into employment law.
  • Track record managing employee relations, including handling sensitive cases with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in overseeing compensation, reward, or performance management practices, ideally within a variable pay framework.
  • Proven ability to design, analyse and produce management information reports (MI) using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, coupled with sound judgment and the ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Self-motivation and capability to operate independently within ambiguous environments.
  • CIPD Level 7 is beneficial.
