HR Business Partner | Healthcare Sector | Remote with weekly travel to the Midlands | Full Time, Permanent | Up to £55,000 + £3,000 a year Car Allowance

Gleeson Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established, multi-site health care organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role in partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic and commercial people solutions across a geographically dispersed workforce. Reporting into the senior HR team, you'll provide expert HR advice, influence key stakeholders and support organisational change, while ensuring best practice and employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the people strategy across your business area.
  • Lead on organisational change initiatives including restructures, TUPE transfers, redundancies and change programmes.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters and employment legislation.
  • Use HR data and people insights to influence business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and drive high performance.
  • Support talent management, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Deliver HR projects focused on engagement, reward, policy development and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and challenging constructively where appropriate.

About You

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment and is confident managing complex people challenges.

You will ideally have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a fast paced, multi site organisation, ideally from within care, healthcare or retail sectors (or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
  • Experience leading organisational change and transformation projects.
  • The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions.
  • A proactive, resilient and commercially focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel regularly.
