This is a 12 month fixed term contract

What You’ll Be Doing
Join our dynamic People and Change team at easyJet, where you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational development and people-related change initiatives. As a HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Senior HR Business Partners and business leaders to design and implement effective people strategies that align with our overarching business plan.
Your expertise will be crucial in managing significant change projects over the next 12-24 months, ensuring that all initiatives are legally compliant and aligned with our core values. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to one of the largest programmes at easyJet.

In this high-profile role, you will support the delivery of organisational design, cultural changes, and enhancements to ways of working. You will provide expert advice on people metrics, salary evaluations, and job descriptions, while also managing the submission of business cases and ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in our HR systems.
Your ability to analyse insights and metrics will empower functional leaders to make informed decisions, and your collaboration with the Employee Relations team will ensure effective communication during consultation processes. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make a tangible impact within our organisation.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
To do this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling to advocate for change through data insights. You will lead people change initiatives, conduct impact assessments, and advise on complex Employee Relations matters while collaborating with employee representative groups.
A strong understanding of UK employment legislation and business acumen is essential, along with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage conflicting deadlines effectively.

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
