Due to continued growth and increased demand, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team. So, if you’re a commercially focused HR professional with experience partnering senior leaders, managing organisational change and driving people initiatives that support business success, we would be delighted to hear from you!

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leaders across our Operations and Growth functions, delivering strategic and commercially focused HR solutions that drive organisational performance, employee engagement and business growth.

You'll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, leading on complex employee relations, organisational change, talent management and learning and development, while supporting our growing international workforce.

  • Partner with leaders across Operations and Growth, aligning people strategies with business objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with Directors and senior managers, providing coaching and advice on leadership, organisational effectiveness and workforce planning
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, redundancy and organisational change
  • Support the organisation's international workforce, ensuring compliant employment practices across multiple jurisdictions
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations, acquisitions, integrations and organisational design projects
  • Develop and implement talent management and succession planning initiatives to attract, develop and retain key talent
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives, identifying capability needs and delivering impactful development programmes
  • Coach managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve performance management and increase employee engagement
  • Analyse workforce data and people metrics to provide strategic insight and support business decision-making
  • Support recruitment for senior and business-critical roles, partnering with hiring managers to ensure effective workforce planning
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and people initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team and provide cover for the HR Manager where required

What we'll need from you:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role within a fast-paced organisation
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior business leaders
  • Strong knowledge of employment law with experience independently managing complex employee relations cases
  • Experience supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation programmes
  • Experience coaching managers and developing leadership capability
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use people data to influence business decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and balance commercial priorities with employee experience

Desirable:

  • Experience within engineering, technology, energy or professional services organisations
  • Experience designing and delivering Learning & Development programmes
  • Experience using Cascade or a similar HR Information System
  • Additional European language(s)
