HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, values-led UK business at a pivotal moment in its journey. With a new group strategy about to be launched and a clear focus on evolving its people approach, the business is transitioning toward a more strategic, commercially aligned HR model.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a busy manufacturing and supply operation of around 200 employees, working closely with a new Director on a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the people agenda during a period of change, bringing stability, confidence, and a practical HR approach to the ground level.

If you enjoy working closely with the business, influencing leaders, and delivering impact quickly, this role offers a perfect blend of challenge and opportunity. It’s a hands-on, visible HR role where you’ll build strong cross-operational relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
