The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, values-led UK business at a pivotal moment in its journey. With a new group strategy about to be launched and a clear focus on evolving its people approach, the business is moving towards a more strategic, commercially aligned HR model. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a busy manufacturing and supply operation of around 200 employees.

Working closely with a new Director initially on a 9 month FTC, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people agenda during a period of change bringing stability, confidence and a practical HR approach on the ground. If you enjoy being close to the business, influencing leaders and making a difference quickly, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity.

This is a hands-on, visible HR role where you’ll build strong relationships across operations and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
