HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner Opportunity

An HR Business Partner position with a growing international business, offering a broad generalist role. You’ll support managers across the UK and US, providing expertise in employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance, while partnering with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Disputes:

    • Provide expert guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Team & Performance Growth:

    • Partner with managers to build high-performing teams and optimise employee outcomes.
  • Organisational Adaptability:

    • Support organisational change and align HR strategies with evolving business needs.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Oversee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • HR Operations:

    • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting.
  • Compliance & Benefits:

    • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure HR policies align with legal standards and corporate guidelines.

Profile & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or similar generalist HR role.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Employee relations
    • Performance management
    • HR operations and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach.
