HR Business Partner

Company Description

Adler & Allan is continuing its ambitious growth journey, with significant organisational change and integration activity underway. We’re looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our People Team — someone who can operate at pace, manage complexity and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver impactful, people-centred solutions.

Must be able to travel to and work from Wellington (Somerset) and Ivybridge (Devon) on a weekly basis, and Rochford (Essex) on a once monthly basis as needed.

Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across multiple business units
  • Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice aligned to business goals to senior stakeholders and their teams.
  • Implement and drive people initiatives that support the business units deliver through their people.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders on organisational development to drive a high performance culture.
  • Lead and support complex people change programmes, including restructuring and TUPE.
  • Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice aligned to business goals to senior stakeholders and their teams.
  • Build strong, credible relationships at all levels.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Support people and culture integration activity of acquired businesses into our Group.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • A highly capable, experienced HR Business Partner with relevant generalist experience to work autonomously.
  • Experience working within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and ability to apply it confidently.
  • Demonstrated experience of supporting organisational change.
  • M&A or integration experience (desired, not essential).
  • Someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves and comfortable holding senior stakeholder conversations.
  • Experience within a large, corporate organisation (desirable, not essential).
  • A resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Full flexibility to travel.
  • Have full UK driving license.
