Location: Split across Coppice and Sirane manufacturing sites (with occasional home working where business needs allow)
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum

We're now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Coppice and Sirane manufacturing sites. A Day in the Life and the Impact You'll Make
As HR Business Partner, you'll be the trusted HR advisor to the leadership teams across both manufacturing sites, providing hands-on operational support while influencing strategic people decisions.
From coaching managers through complex employee relations matters to supporting workforce planning, driving engagement, embedding new HR systems, and helping shape organisational change, you'll ensure our people strategy supports operational excellence and long-term business success.
Working closely with site leaders and the wider Group HR team, you'll help build capable leaders, improve workforce stability, and create an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with site leadership teams to deliver commercially focused HR support aligned with operational objectives.
- Lead on employee relations matters, providing expert advice on absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, and employment legislation.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure the business has the capability it needs.
- Coach and develop managers, building confidence and consistency in people management and performance.
- Support the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of HR systems, ensuring accurate people data and meaningful reporting.
- Drive employee engagement, organisational change, and continuous improvement initiatives across both sites.
- Collaborate with Group HR colleagues to develop consistent HR practices while recognising local operational requirements.

About You
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions.
You'll be a confident HR Business Partner with strong employee relations expertise, capable of influencing at all levels while balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior generalist HR or HR Business Partner role within manufacturing, FMCG, or another operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and extensive employee relations experience.
- Experience partnering with senior operational leaders and influencing business decisions.
- Demonstrable success supporting workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, absence management, and organisational capability.
- Experience coaching and developing managers to strengthen people leadership capability.
- Strong HRIS and HR systems experience, with confidence using people data to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- A pragmatic, commercially focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Desirable
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards qualification.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
- Experience implementing or improving HR systems and processes.
- Exposure to organisational change, restructures, acquisitions, or business integration projects.
