- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Drive talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
- Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and HR best practice.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, support decision-making and improve retention.
- Support learning, development and recognition programmes.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience across performance management, employee relations and talent development.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Previous experience within financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Previous HRBP experience supporting teams across the UK, EMEA, Japan and Singapore is essential.

Salary:
Up to £130,000 + package
Location:
London (good work from home options available)
