As a HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside senior leaders to shape culture, drive organisational performance and turn ambitious people plans into meaningful results.

Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner

  • Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development
  • Lead key elements of the annual people cycle, including performance management, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews
  • Use people data, metrics and organisational insight to support informed business decisions
  • Drive employee engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives across the organisation
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, policies and organisational risk
  • Support strategic people projects and deputise for the People Director when required

What we're looking for in a HR Business Partner

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or Chartered CIPD status
  • Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and delivering organisation-wide people initiatives
  • Experience using people data and insight to support strategic decision-making
  • Ability to lead organisational change, workforce planning and complex employee relations matters

Working hours

Full-time, hybrid working with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.
