JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner - Consumer Products Division (Brand & Digital teams) - FTC

A Day in the Life

As our HR Business Partner for the Brand and Digital teams, you will be a strategic driver of our people agenda. Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams, nurture an innovative culture, and empower our talent to shape the future of beauty for iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Talent & Career Development: Drive the full talent cycle, from succession planning to career building to international talent moves, ensuring our people have clear growth paths within CPD.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Advise managers on employee relations topics, providing practical advice to managers, while championing our unique culture and using employee Pulse feedback to build clear and impactful action plans with your teams.
  • Workforce Planning: Identify future resourcing needs and co-create workforce plans with leaders to ensure we have the right talent and skills for the future.
  • Transformation & Organization Design: Co-lead change management and organizational design initiatives, providing strategic support to leaders to ensure our teams are agile and structured for growth.
  • HR Analytics & Cost Management: Leverage data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions. You will also manage headcount and salary costs in collaboration with Finance to ensure alignment with our budget.

You are a strategic HR professional with strong business acumen and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are adept at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, turning business needs into tangible people-focused solutions.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Talent & Succession Management: Experience in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent, with a clear understanding of building effective succession plans.
  • Organizational Development: A proven ability to lead and manage change, supporting business transformations through thoughtful organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Coaching & People Development: A skill for empowering managers through effective coaching and guidance, particularly on employee relations, feedback, and career development.
  • HR Data Analytics: The ability to own and interpret HR data, using analytics to generate insights that inform both HR and business strategies.
  • Financial Acumen: Competence in managing headcount, budgets, and salary costs effectively in partnership with finance and business leaders.
