Over de functie

Als HR Business Partner bij een toonaangevende organisatie in Den Haag ben jij de strategische sparringpartner voor het management. Je vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar concreet HR-beleid en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en ondersteunt hen bij alle HR-vraagstukken.

Wat vragen wij?

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM of Bedrijfskunde
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante HR-ervaring
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van de CAO en arbeidsrecht
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling
