HR Business Partner, Enabling Functions

HR Business Partner – Technology & Transformation (T&T) at Deloitte

About the Role

Connect to your Industry

This HR Business Partner role offers the opportunity to work within Deloitte’s growing Technology & Transformation (T&T) business during an exciting, high-impact period.

The role involves partnering with a specific group of stakeholders to enhance business capabilities and drive end-to-end HR solutions aligned with T&T, HR, and People & Purpose strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver HR business partnering to an Offering Portfolio within T&T:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to two Offering Leadership Teams (LTs) within the portfolio, shaping and delivering the people agenda.
  • Serve as the primary contact for each LT and senior stakeholders for core HR cyclical activities, with oversight from the Senior HRBP for complex cases.
  • Proactively contribute to LT discussions by surfacing people insights, risks, and opportunities, while building strong cross-offering relationships.
  • Practice data-driven coaching and guidance with leading stakeholders to address people challenges.
  • Use data and analytics to generate insights, identify trends, and influence business decision-making.
  • Drive the delivery of core HR processes (e.g., performance management, promotions, talent review, reward, engagement).
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of HR processes, collaborating with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), HR Operations, and shared services.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR processes within T&T.
  • Support the Senior HRBP in delivering the T&T talent strategy, breaking it down into actionable plans for the Offering Portfolio.
  • Collaborate across HR (HRD, CoEs, Operations) to ensure aligned delivery of the people agenda.
  • Monitor and mitigate people risks in the Offering Portfolio, escalating issues as needed.
  • Operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment, adapting approaches to meet diverse business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
