HR Business Partner – Technology & Transformation (T&T)

Connect to Your Industry

Join Deloitte and play a critical role in shaping the people strategy for the Technology & Transformation (T&T) business during a dynamic period of growth. As a HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance business capabilities, driving end-to-end HR solutions aligned with T&T, HR, and People & Purpose strategies.

About the Role

This HR Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, transformative environment where people and business strategy intersect. As part of the Technology & Transformation business area, you will:

  • Align HR programmes with broader business priorities to enhance performance, engagement, and talent development.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and shape proactive organisational changes.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and other HR functions (e.g., HR Operations) to deliver seamless HR processes.
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities in HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Delivery

  • Provide HR Business Partnering to an Offering Portfolio within Technology and Transformation (T&T), supporting the Senior HRBP.
  • Lead end-to-end HR processes including:
    • Performance management
    • Promotions and talent reviews
    • Reward strategy
    • Employee engagement initiatives
  • Translate the T&T talent strategy into actionable plans for the Offering Portfolio.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders by offering proactive, commercially pragmatic HR advice.
  • Act as the primary contact for LTs, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities, advising on strategic human capital decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
