HR Business Partner

📍 Craigavon │ 💼 Full-Time

Are you a strategic HR professional eager to make a meaningful difference in a fast-paced, people-driven environment? We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Experience team, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance, engagement, and growth.

About the Role

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll play a central role in shaping and executing the site’s people strategy. Working directly with the Site Director and Leadership Team, you’ll provide expert guidance, drive cultural initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions.

This is a high-impact, strategic, and hands-on role, where influence and growth are key. You’ll shape decision-making, enhance employee experience, and help position the site as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnering & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver the Group People Strategy
  • Lead manpower planning, organisational design, and succession planning
  • Identify talent gaps and collaborate with recruitment teams to address them proactively
  • Drive change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Employee Relations

  • Lead and support complex employee relations (ER) cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability)
  • Monitor absence trends and implement proactive interventions
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with unions and employee forums

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
