Your Role

Our amazing human resources team are looking to recruit a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner. This fantastic role will see you partnering with our Contract Logistics team, playing a pivotal role in cementing a crucial link between HR and the business, supporting in key projects that underpin our ongoing journey of business change and transformation.

You must be comfortable with nationwide travel, as you support several Contract Logistics operations and stakeholders across our UK and Ireland.

This is a unique opportunity to join our high performing Human Resources team, working within a defined HR Business Partner model and collaborating alongside an amazing HR Shared Services, Resourcing, Learning & Development, and Reward teams.

Reporting into the Head of HR for Contract Logistics you will support the business with the deployment of strategic projects relating to new business, reward, employee engagement, organisational change, performance management, talent management and employee relations. Using your exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will drive engagement and influence the Business Unit Directors and General Manager population to consider the risks and benefits of their decisions in order to find commercially viable and pragmatic solutions for their sites.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, brilliant, and driven individual from a contract-led environment with a dynamic and innovative style who will proactively build relationships with key business leaders using a collaborative, partnership approach. You will also be a credible and commercial operator who is comfortable working at pace in a transformative and contract-led business environment with significant experience of managing complex Employee Relations issues and TUPE processes of significant scale and complexity. Prior experience of leading the people element in Bid and Tender processes and the ability to interact and engage with external customers are also essential for this role.

This is a full-time role where you will work 40 hours per week, the role comes with a competitive salary, company car, private medical, and additional benefits.
