HR Business Partner | London Architecture

People Lead/HR Business Partner

Location: London | Type: Hybrid | Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits

What’s in it for you?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, business-facing HR role where you’ll have the freedom to make a genuine impact. Rather than inheriting a fully established function, you’ll join a team that is passionate about continuous improvement and open to new ideas.

You’ll gain exposure across every aspect of the employee lifecycle while leading projects that influence the future of the business, from HR systems and reporting, wellbeing, EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), learning and development, to organisational growth. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR delivery.

You’ll contribute to a supportive, non-hierarchical team that encourages collaboration, fresh thinking, and gives autonomy to shape your own areas of responsibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
