About The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, providing expert advice on employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing case resolutions, offering guidance on complex HR issues, and supporting clients in implementing effective HR strategies. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of employment legislation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients' HR functions operate smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently, thereby contributing to their overall organizational success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant HR or employment law qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or higher, or equivalent experience. A solid understanding of employment legislation and HR practices is essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing advice to clients or internal stakeholders, and managing multiple cases simultaneously is highly desirable. Strong research skills and the ability to interpret complex legal information quickly and accurately are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with clients and effectively deliver training or guidance. Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with HR databases or case management systems are also important.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously update personal knowledge of employment law and HR best practices through ongoing training and legal briefings.
  • Provide accurate, timely advice and support to clients on all employment law and HR-related inquiries.
  • Record all advice and case interactions meticulously in the designated database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and legal briefings to maintain compliance and service quality standards.
  • Adhere to departmental protocols to deliver high-quality, consistent service to clients.
  • Work in alignment with departmental KPIs, ensuring support is delivered within agreed SLAs and to a high standard.
  • Recommend and promote additional products and services to clients based on their needs and circumstances.
  • Deliver HR and employment law training sessions via webinars or in-person workshops as required.
  • Maintain a professional, responsible, and proactive attitude in all client interactions.
