HR Business Partner | Multi-Site Luxury Care Provider | London | £60,000 - £65,000 | Office Based

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a fast-paced, multi-site role where you can make a real impact?

We're partnering with an established luxury care provider to recruit a HR Business Partner to support its growing portfolio of care home services across London. This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the right-hand person to the Director of People & Culture, leading on complex Employee Relations, supporting operational leaders and helping drive high standards across the business.

The Opportunity

Supporting a multi-site care portfolio, you'll work closely with the Director of People & Culture and help lead a HR team, ensuring the provider delivers a proactive, commercial and high-quality HR service.

This is a busy, hands-on position with a significant Employee Relations focus, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, enjoys improving processes and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers across multiple care homes services, providing expert HR advice and support.
  • Lead on complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and performance management.
  • Drive consistency across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and HR processes.
  • Coach and develop managers on people management and employment law.
  • Support recruitment, retention, succession planning and workforce development.
  • Ensure HR compliance across CQC requirements, Right to Work, DBS and personnel records.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports while contributing to wider people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with Payroll, Learning & Development and senior leadership teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
